The foreign
observers monitoring process of preparation for the preliminary public voting
in the LPR did not direct statements on some violations towards the address of
the primaries selection committee and of the temporary election
committee.
It
has been reported by Oleg Akimov, the selection committee on holding the
preliminary voting.
Either we or the temporary election committee did not receive
remarks and statements from the foreign observers about violations that could
hinder the primaries holding.
Vice versa, all the foreign observers are noting the
organizers’ sincere wish to hold the primaries with the best democratic
standards and democratic principles of the OSCE,’ pointed out Oleg
Akimov.

On
the official Youtube-Channel of the AFU there was published a video of “moral
building activities” with soldiers of the 79th separate airmobile brigade
caught while drinking alcohol. The brigade is located in
Nikolayev.
It

The
delinquent soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are marching along the
parade ground and screaming ‘I will never drink again!’.
It
is noted that the event is taking place where the brigade is located.
‘The fighters serving in the “ATO” zone are noting that alcohol is
one the main enemies of the army,’ says the annotation of the video.

Ukraine
has started disrupting the Minsk agreements reached at the negotiations in
Minsk on disengagement of forces on three areas of the front in Donbass on the
fly.
It
has been reported by the PolitNavigator.
Kiev
is looking for an excuse again to refuse to implement the political articles of
the Minsk agreements.
Ukraine under the pressure of the western politicians just simulated
this process and it is not going to implement anything. Virtually next day the
so-called Lugansk military administration stated that it was not going to
implement the Minsk agreements. They shelled their positions on their own, it
is obvious, and then stated that it had been allegedly we who had shelled some
their checkpoints. Such a behavior is typical for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
We can understand that in real they are just not ready to comply with the
agreements and will not do it.

Ukraine is grossly violating the Association Agreement it signed
with the European Union, allowing major violations of human rights,
stated the country’s former prime minister and now head of the Salvation
Committee of Ukraine Nikolai Azarov in a video link with a conference on the sidelines
of a session on the OSCE Human Dimension Implementation.
Azarov said that as prime minister he took part in work on the
document.
"The sizable part of this
agreement was on Ukraine’s respect for fundamental human rights," he said.
"The regime that was established
after a coup of 2014 which has nothing to do with observance of human right and
democracy," he said.
"This regime unleashed a war
against its own people," he said, reportsTASS.
"A total of 23,000 residential
buildings have been destroyed since then in the southeast of the country, more
than 50,000 people have died and about two million have become refugees."
"The regime is failing to
implement the Minsk agreements and triggers a military conflict, as it is only
with its help that it can extend its term in power," said Azarov.

5- Mendacious international investigators: 'MH17 shot down by rebels using Buk system brought from Russia'

A Dutch-led team of international investigators has released its
findings in the criminal probe on the MH17 crash, concluding the plane was shot
down by rebels in Donbass by a Buk missile system brought from Russia. Moscow
has repeatedly denied supplying weapons to the rebels.
The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) consists of investigators and
experts from the Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Malaysia and Ukraine. The
team was tasked with determining who was responsible for the incident in which
Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 came down over Donbass on July 17, 2014.
"Based on the results of the criminal investigation, it may
be concluded that flight MH17 was shot down on July 17, 2014, by a 9M38-series
missile from a Buk missile launcher and [it] was brought from the territory of
the Russian Federation and after launch subsequently returned to the Russian
Federation territory," said Wilbert Paulissen, the director of the
National Criminal Investigation Division of National Police of the Netherlands.
The Dutch-led Joint Investigative Team says that a technical
problem and an “attack
within the aircraft,” such
as a terrorist assault, can be ruled out.
No other aircraft could have shot down the plane either, the JIT
says, citing various radar data, including that provided by Russia.
The JIT presented an audio recording that allegedly proves that
rebel forces voiced a need for a Buk missile system, and subsequently received
one, reports RT.
According to the JIT, the team investigated the claims by Russia
that the plane was shot down from Zaroschenskoye, held by Ukrainian forces.
Citing an alleged audio interception of the rebels, the JIT concluded that the
missile did not come from that territory.
International investigators instead say that flight MH17 was
shot down from the village of Pervomayskoye, held by rebel forces at the time
of the incident.
About 100 people could be linked to the alleged transportation
of the Buk missile system to eastern Ukraine and the missile launch, the JIT
announced. There should however be a further investigation, the team added.
According to the JIT, it is not clear how long it will take for
investigators to establish the exact roles of the people allegedly linked to
the incident.
Investigators added that it is not clear whether the downing
might have been a mistake. However, according to some audio recordings, “people were surprised” after it was revealed which plane had
been brought down, the JIT said.
The Dutch-led investigators said they did not have an
opportunity to analyze new Russian radar data on the incident. Almaz-Antey,
which produces the Buk missile system, said that last week it handed over raw
radar data from the airspace around the crash site of MH17 on the very day of
the tragedy.
The radar, located in Russia, had not spotted any objects that
came from the rebel-held territories towards the crashed jet, the radar
producer said.
The JIT says that the radar images provided by Russia will be
reviewed by the investigation team.

The
situation in the Donetsk People's Republic has aggravated.
The
Ukrainian security officers without paying attention to A. Hug's presence in
Donetsk continue violating the undertaken obligations on observance of the
ceasefire regime. Over the previous days the Ukrainian security officers 204
times have fired at the territory of the Republic using tanks, mortars, the
IFV, grenade launchers and small arms.
The
arms forbidden by the Minsk agreements were used by the Ukrainian punishers
while firing at the following localities of:
Yasinovataya,
Spartak and Krutaya Balka. By order of the commander of the 58 separate
motor-infantry brigade Dropaty there were launched 32 mortar shells of 120 and
82 mm caliber and there were made two shots from tanks with the use of 125-mm
shells.
His
accomplice, the commander of the 46th separate
special forces battalion “Donbass-Ukraine” Vlasenko was firing at the
localities of Signalnoye, Aleksandrovka and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk.
They have made 12 shots from 120 and 82 mm mortars.
The
commander of the 36th separate marine brigade Delyatitsky has joined the
punitive actions of the accomplices, having supplied himself with the forbidden
ammunition and fired at the residents of the locality of Sakhanka at that time.
He gave an order to launch six 120-mm mortar shells.
The
enemy opened fire at the localities of Zaitsevo, Krasny Partizan, Shyrokaya
Balka, Dokuchayevsk from the IFV, grenade launchers and small arms as well.
Our
investigation continues eliciting the facts of the AFU forbidden arms' presence
in the "ATO" zone, on the line of contact. So, near the localities
of:
Maryinka
(1 km away from the line of contact) there was detected one tank;
Novomikhailovka
(5,5 km away from the line of contact) there was detected the location of a
firing position of two 120-mm mortars near the forest;
Mariupol
(16 km away from the line of contact) there have arrived several groups of the
Polish mercenaries totaling up to 100 personnel.
The
Ukrainian command continues hiding the losses. So, the chief of the General
Staff of Ukraine Muzhenko, trying to keep his position, made a statement on
September 27, specifying the significantly underestimated amount of the dead
and the wounded Ukrainian military personnel. According to his calculations,
the losses of the Ukrainian army since January 1, 2016 have amounted to 945
servicemen, including 168 killed whereas, according to the official reports of
the “ATO” headquarters' press service the losses among the AFU military personnel
have amounted to 1025 people, 171 of them died.
At
the same time according to our intelligence information, the losses of the
Ukrainian military personnel actually are several times more. The cause of
death of the Ukrainian soldiers and officers is the unreasonable orders of the
military command to attack our positions, to realize the hopeless attempts to
break through on the line of contact, and also to infiltrate sabotage-terrorist
groups into our territory for commission of terrorist attacks. The defeats and
failures have always been silenced by the Ukrainian command from the public,
especially, the losses of Ukrainian army as a result of their criminal,
thoughtless and unreasonable decisions.
