1- Trudovskaya mine territory's on fire as a result of AFU’s shelling

The Ukrainian military shelled the Petrovsky district of Donetsk last night. As a result on the territory of the Trudovskaya mine there was a fire, reported by the Defense Ministry of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

‘At 23:20 the fire took place in the workshops at the Trudovskaya mine as a result of the direct hit of the mine,’ pointed out the representative of the Defense Ministry of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Besides, according to the DPR Defense Ministry representative, there was

on fire the inoperative workshop for producing pelmeni in the Alyeutskaya street and was also damaged the gas pipe line in the Rizhskaya street.

Earlier, it was informed that as a result of the night shelling by the Ukrainian military of the western outskirt of Donetsk, the woman had received fragment wounds in the locality of Trudovskiye.

The situation in the zone of responsibility of the People’s Militia remains tense.

Yesterday, the Ukrainian punishers from the 28th and 54th separate mechanized and the 59th separate mechanized infantry brigade, on order of their pto-, sixteen times shelled the territory of the Republic in the area of the localities Grunty, Kalinovo, Kalinovka, Lozovoye, Molodyozhnoye and the Cont Igor monument.

In shelling the punishers used:

Infantry fighting vehicles, 7 rounds made;
82mm mortars, 15 mortar shells launched;
automatic grenade launchers, 40 rounds made;
anti-tank grenade launchers, 8 rounds made:
small arms.

In order to fill the shortage of personnel in the AFU units located directly in the area of the ​​so-called «ATO», the Ukrainian government continues the practice of forcible conscription.

In particular, our intelligence found out that on July 10, in the localities Nescheretovo and Prostornoye, the Interior Ministry forces and the AFU military commissariat detained the local male population for military service. Since another official mobilization was not declared, the detention was carried out under the pretext of recruitment to the contract service.

At the same time, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to violate the term of storage pop heavy weapons along the contact line, provided by the Minsk Agreements, as well as use the cease-fire regime to build up the military potential of their units in the area of the so-called «ATO».

In particular, according to our intelligence, in the locality of Nizhnee arrived fifteen tanks T-64.

At the railway station of the locality of Lisichansk, a train with tanks arrived on July 9 is being unloaded.

In addition, from the locality of Ktemennaya towards the contact line, moved a column of the AFU military equipment, consisting of fifteen «Hammer» vehicles and six infantry fighting vehicles BTR-80.

In addition, our intelligence found out that the commander of the 59th separate mechanized infantry brigade arrived in the location of the 10th battalion of the 59th brigade to investigate yesterday’s tragedy. Due to incorrect spotting of fire by units of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade, several mortar shells has fallen on the territory of the 59th brigade, leaving three soldiers of the brigade killed and another ten seriously wounded.

These facts give the command of the People's Militia reason for not relaxing vigilance, focusing on the protection and safety of the LPR, for which the program of combat training is being intensified and combat power of the units is being increased.

3- Ukrainian opposition insists on implementing Minsk Agreements

Ukraine’s Opposition Bloc has urged officials in the Verkhovna Rada to pass a set of laws to resolve the Donbass conflict, faction leader Yuri Boiko proclaimed in a speech before parliament on Tuesday.

We demand that crucial laws be passed, notably the implementation of the Minsk agreements and a resolution to the Donbass crisis, he stated without specifying the documents proposed for ratification.

According to Boiko, the parliament needs to approve bills that would make it possible to raise social standards, pensions and wages, reports TASS.

Over the two past years, people have found themselves below the poverty line, facing soaring prices on housing and utility bills, he said.

Boiko again called on parliament to dissolve itself due to the Verkhovna Rada’s indecisiveness. 

Our faction is ready to hand over our mandates. I hope there are another 120 people who are willing to give up their seats in parliament so that a new responsible Rada is elected, Boiko said.
