As we expected,
the systematic build-up of the artillery fire by the punishers on the territory
of the Republic is continuing. Over the past day, the number of attacks reached
seven hundred and eleven times.
In particular, only the commander of the 58th brigade of the AFU, Colonel Zabolotny, launched twenty-three 122mm artillery shells on peaceful localities over the day.
The punishers also launched two hundred thirty 120mm mortar shells and a hundred seventy-six 82mm
mortar shells. In addition, the enemy used in
shelling infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers and small arms.In particular, only the commander of the 58th brigade of the AFU, Colonel Zabolotny, launched twenty-three 122mm artillery shells on peaceful localities over the day.

The war criminals continued shelling the localities Zaytsevo, Shirokaya Balka, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya, Spartak, Vasilyevka, Staromikhaylovka, Dokuchaevsk, Sakhanka, Leninskoye, the Petrovsky district and the airport of Donetsk city.
As a result of the mortar bombardment of the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city, there were wounded three civilians, N.Zakharchenko born in 1952, A.Inkin born in 1954, and A.Gayvoronsky born in 1978.
The mortar bombardment of the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city also caused the damage to three houses, while in the locality of Zaytsevo seven houses burnt down.
The orders to shell the territory of the Republic were given by the "ATO heroes" Ryabokon, Vodolazsky, Gorbatyuk, Delyatitsky and Voylokov.
We passed all the data about the Minsk Agreements violations to representatives of the OSCE and JCCC.
We continue to
record the strengthening of the enemy's group in violation of the previously
concluded Minsk Agreements:
- In Kamenka (5 km away from the contact line) there were detected five 122mm motorised artillery systems "Gvozdika";
- In Avdeevka (5 km away from the contact line) there was detected the arrival of a tank platoon of the 58th separate mechanised infantry brigade and firing positions of three 120mm mortars.

We continue to
receive intelligence from operational sources about the deterioration of the
financial situation in the units of the AFU and, on the contrary, increase in
the level of material and financial support of units of foreign mercenaries and
Ukrainian nationalists.
Along with entering information on the rapidly melting, without replenishment, percentage of staffing of the AFU units, I would like to remind and confirm again our previous conclusions about Kiev's readiness to sacrifice tired and demoralized units of the AFU ordinary servicemen, using them as firewood for starting a new fire of war. At the same time, nationalists and foreign mercenaries, trained, well equipped and rested in children camps and resorts of the Azov Sea, are waiting for the order to take the empty positions on the front line, simultaneously performing the functions of barraging detachments. Kiev does not need those deceived "Ukrainian heroes", who would be able to survive, to return to claim their promised benefits and start organize rallies and military coups.

I would also
like to remind the JCCC members from the Ukrainian side, that their main task
is to maintain peace in the conflict zone, to collect information on violations
and promptly stop fire along the contact line dividing. We expect adequacy and
independence of the JCCC work, rather than attempts of self-PR.
We once again appeal to the OSCE Monitoring Mission to make every possible effort to prevent a new round of hostilities in Donbass.

The situation
in the zone of responsibility of the People's Militia has not changed and
remains tense.
Yesterday, the Ukrainian punishers of the 28th and 54th separate mechanised and the 59th separate mechanised infantry brigades, on order of their pro-Nazi commanders, twenty times shelled the territory of the Republic in the area of the localities Kalinovka, Sanzharovka, Maryevka, Kalinovo and the Cont Igor monument.
In shelling the punishers used:
- infantry fighting vehicles, 10 rounds made;
- 82mm mortars, 5 mortar shells launched;
- automatic grenade launchers, 270 rounds made;
- anti-tank grenade launchers, 235 rounds made;
- small arms.

Due to the low
level of military discipline, as well as poor cash provision, in units of the
Ukrainian military in the zone of the so-called "ATO", there became
more frequent cases of desertion, as well as the facts of the sale of weapons
and ammunition.
In particular, according to our intelligence, at a checkpoint in the locality of Chmyrovka, the Starobelsk region, there is tightened the inspection of vehicles and persons crossing the checkpoint in both directions, due to the increased number of cases of ammunition export from the ATO zone to the territory of Ukraine and the identification of citizens evading conscription for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In addition, in the area of the locality of Alexandropolye, the Popasnyansky region, there are detected cases of sales by the personnel of the 11th battalion of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade of the AFU of the brigade's property and fuel to local people or exchanging it for alcohol.

In particular, our intelligence found that in the area of the locality of Dmitrovka, in the green zone, there are three disguised T-64 tanks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
On the southern outskirts of the locality of Stary Aydar, in the area of a poultry farm, there were held fortification works to equip positions of the AN / TPQ-36 Firefinder radar counter-battery systems.
In particular, our intelligence found that in the area of the locality of Dmitrovka, in the green zone, there are three disguised T-64 tanks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Along with
this, it was found that in the zone of responsibility of the 2nd battalion of
the 92nd separate mechanised brigade of the AFU, located near the locality of Zhyoltoye,
arrived sappers allegedly to check the river crossings and bridges, but, in
fact, to carry out mining of the objects checked. We also know that, to mine
the most strategic bridges, today arrived divers .
The level of
morale of the personnel of the AFU units located directly on the contact line,
continues to fall.
This fact is greatly contributed by the ongoing outbreak of intestinal infections in units of the 93rd separate mechanised brigade, where more than thirty soldiers are in the health care units of the brigade, with about ten of them in serious condition. Moreover, the timely evacuation of patients is impossible, since the brigade has not enough transport to transport the ill to medical facilities.
Drunken soldiers of the 1st battalion of the 92nd separate mechanised brigade, as a result of illegal actions, caused an injury of moderate severity to a local resident of the locality of Mikhaylovka, who, at the moment, is in hospital. This incident is under internal investigation by the brigade command.
In addition, our intelligence confirmed the killing of yet another soldier of the 54th separate mechanised brigade. The killer has still not been found, and the command and the investigating authorities have not yet made these crimes public.

On the contrary, the People's Militia of the Republic is always ready to give a fitting rebuff to any aggressor encroached on the land of Donbass.
