1- «Donbass Civil Initiative»: Enemy in Kiev will be defeated

If Kiev does not want a peaceful resolution of the
conflict within the Minsk Agreement, the Republics of Donbass will begin the
liberation from the fascist regime not only of all their lands, but also of all
the regions of Ukraine.
It is declared in a statement of the «Donbass Civil Initiative».
‘Donbass is experiencing a third military summer. It is
experiencing it with anxiety and pain. The shelling of our cities by the
Ukrainian Army, more frequent in late June, in July has begun again, like at
the beginning of the conflict two years ago, to show the features of the
system. That very misanthropic, racist and fascist system having two
objectives. The first, smaller one, is to wipe out Donbass and its people who
refused to surrender to slavery of European demons, that had seized Kiev and
most of the Ukraine. The other, more serious purpose of this system is to cut
and lop Russia and the spiritual and cultural space of the Russian world and
its friends.
We, participants of the social group «Donbass Civil
Initiative ‘, all these years have done everything possible to establish a
dialogue with those who cherish peace in both parts of the former Ukraine.
Alas, we can see how ruthlessly, with stunning nihilism and callousness toward
the fate of millions of people, the official Kiev crushes not only the people
of Donbass, but also people from other regions of the state formally still
existing, people who are ordained with a terrible role of cannon fodder in the
coming great war, already visibly looming on the horizon of history.
For two years, Donbass, through its authorized
representatives, has been exerting tremendous efforts to establish a peace
process, has been making any sacrifices and concessions in both diplomacy and
military affairs. Sometimes to the detriment of their reputation among their
own citizens, the authorities of the DPR and LPR has been taking the
initiative, the purpose of which was to show the whole Ukraine, and Europe, and
the entire world that on our land live and fight, for their honor and dignity,
freedom and the peaceful labor, the people who rebelled against the brown
plague disguising itself in yellow and blue rags of Hitler's servants, and
sometimes, alas, in the toga of peace activists under EU and US flags.
That is why no one has officially noticed our grief and wanted
to recognize the direct evidence that it is the the Ukrainian army to blame for
deaths of thousands and thousands of civilians of the Donbass Republics, as
well as the Nazis of punitive volunteer battalions created with the money of
the oligarchs and tycoons of the West who are interested in weakening Russia
and the death of its advanced outpost, Donetsk and Lugansk. Under false
pretenses, the Ukrainian tricksters have refused to implement the Minsk
Agreements signed under the pressure of military setbacks in the winter of
2015. Now the same war criminal Turchynov, who is personally responsible for
unleashing the war in our region, is singing again the same song of hatred for
Donbas, to Malorossia, Belarus and all former Soviet republics. He is calling
the death of our head, calling to consider the martial law in Ukraine. Clearly,
this is the first step to the final abandonment of all the commitments on the
peaceful settlement of the conflict and an attempt to resolve all the problems
by military means, to go by the road drenched with blood of our people and our
soldiers.
On behalf of Donetsk engineers, teachers, writers,
journalists, lawyers, economists, in a word, of all non-manual workers,
intellectuals, «Donbass Civil Initiative» says that none of us, no one who
loves our Donetsk, our Donbass, will never come to terms with killing our
fellow citizens by the Kiev inhuman system. We are confident that Donbass has
enough strength, courage, persistence and efficiency in order not only to
defend our long-suffering land from the Nazi invasion, but also to bring peace
to all regions of Ukraine, putting Poroshenko and his camarilla where they,
being perjurers, war criminals, thieves and robbers, belong, namely in front of
a fair trial of the Russian people. Our cause is just, the enemy will be
defeated, victory will be ours!’ conclude the authors of the document.

American hackers broke into a number of government and
information sites of the Lugansk People's Republic, and placed there false
information.
’On 20.07.2016, at 10 am, there were hacked a number of
information and public sites of the Lugansk People's Republic, including the
official website of the LPR Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport,’ said a
statement of the LPR Ministry of Communications.
‘As a result of hacking, unidentified persons got access
to the site control panel and were able to placed there the false and
slanderous information, defaming the state and power structures of the Lugansk
People's Republic. The Communications Ministry specialists have already
eliminated the consequences of hacking,’ noted the Ministry.
‘According to preliminary information, hacking was
carried out by American hackers, apparently, at the request of their Ukrainian
colleagues. At present, specialists of the Ministry are continuing to
investigate the circumstances of the incident. Upon completion of the technical
expertise, the materials will be transferred to the competent authorities of
the Lugansk People's Republic,’ reported the Ministry of Communications.

3- Local elections in DPR moved from July 24 to October 30

The elections to the local authorities on the territory
of the People's Republic of Donetsk will be moved from July 24 to October 30,
said a representative of the DPR Head press service.
‘The elections will be postponed for October 30. The
reason for it is the failure of Kiev to implement the Minsk Agreements. The
decree will be signed in the coming days. We hope that the Western partners of
Kiev will force it to adopt, this year, an election law which will be agreed
with us,’ said the spokesman.
