BRASILIA- Members of the Syrian community in Brasilia along with representatives of Brazilian political parties and civil societies gathered in the Brazilian capital on Sunday to show support to the comprehensive reform program led by president Bashar al-Assad in the face of conspiracy to which the country is exposed.

The participants raised the Syrian flags and pictures of the President , chanting slogans against what they called the meeting of mercenaries in Istanbul, considering it a stab in the back of the Syrian national unity and an impudent call for foreign interference.

They denounced some Arab regimes for their backing the armed groups and funding them with money and weapons to strike the national unity and coexistence.

The Syrian citizens underlined that Syria acceptance for Annan's plan was a clear indication to the Syrian leadership's right dealing with the events to protect the interests of the Syrian people.
